Sheila's Gravy Train

Sheila Copps taught the Hamilton boys that being a Cabinet Minister meant the gravy train would always run on time; so why is she surprised that the new minister, Valeri, would trump her. The gravy train will keep on chugging; it is just that Copps won't be the engineer.
