Electoral Dysfunction: There is a cure

Whether you know anything or not about the subject of electoral reform and proportional representation, this is funny. If you are tempted to sign the petition, read the publications to find out more; then, check out an article by Laurence Solomon on the subject. I have read very credible articles presenting both sides of the arguments. Unfortunately, funny though it might be, with anyone from CBC involved, my antenna go up at their glaringly obvious bias this election, as usual. First things first.
