The crowd reportedly accused the men of being drug dealers associated with organized crime.

'BIN LADEN'S COCAINE PLOT' July 26, 05 -- via Jack's Newswatch

Might I suggest? We lace with some exotic and lethal substance a good supply of Canadian marijuana, the special product--ultra strong in the THC department, supposed to be the strongest in the world, even traded in the US for cocaine, home grown in some of Canada's numerous grow-ops. We send it off or trade it in Osama's home territory, hopefully to be distributed to OBL and the boys?

Illegal, you say? Pity. It gives me a vengeful, murderous chuckle, anyway. Hoist with their own petard. Let's legalize that little item just for the crazies and specially deliver it.
