The old fashioned way

Remember, Canadian governments have contributed the tax dollars of hard-working Canadians to charities, agencies, NGO's, Foundations, and other groups--the term Civil Society is a new term that comes to mind ... active, "on your behalf" ... all in the service of "doing good". What are the consequences? This discussion might enlighten.
