David Harris, Senior Fellow for National Security for the Canadian Coalition for Democracies, discusses the threat posed to all countries by the 50,000 missing passports disclosed in an RCMP document obtained under the Freedom of Information Act. The freedom from suspicion and restraint normally afforded by a Canadian passport has been seriously undermined by yet another grave security breach.
