A baby-faced 15-year-old boy is wanted on a second-degree murder warrant for the shooting death of another teen outside a townhouse complex. Although the suspect's identity would normally be protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, Toronto police took the extraordinary measure yesterday of seeking judicial authorization in order to identify him.
