We Support Harper

OTTAWA – We support the position taken by the Leader of the Conservative Party of Canada on same-sex marriage.

We are pleased with Stephen Harper’s position on MPs having a choice and being able to vote on these issues in the House of Commons. This is Parliament’s job. We elect MPs to represent our position.

Paul Martin said his Liberal MPs will vote against the traditional definition of marriage.

We don’t think this is how democracy should work.

We feel the Conservative Party of Canada position best represents our interests.
