Who is going to pay?

$12 billion for this. $10 billion+ for Kyoto implementation. $4.5 billion for the NDP budget. Who is going to pay for this?

But the Liberal hypocrasy [sic] goes further than just not trusting Canadians with their own money. They don't trust Canadian parents. Period.

Consider the following exchange in the House:

Mr. Andrew Scheer: Mr. Chair, I would like to make sure I understand that. He does not know where the money is going, but he knows he doubled it and therefore it must be a good thing. That is such a typical Liberal attitude toward things. If there is a problem, the Liberals throw money at it. If the problem is still there, they throw more money at it.

It is not the money we are talking about. . . .
